What happens if I book you but I can’t make the session?

Don’t worry. It’s not the end of the world. With COVID running rampant, amongst other life challenges, sometimes we can’t meet our commitments even when we really want to. When the unforeseeable happens, I ask that you reach out to me at least 24 hours before the booked date, and we can reschedule. Your non-refundable retainer will be applied to the new date. The contract we enter gives you one reschedule without penalty, so if you need it, please use it so we as a community can remain safe and keep creating and thriving for days and years to come.

When will I receive my photos?

For longer sessions like weddings and events, the turn around time is usually 2 to 6 weeks depending on how many hours of shooting was required. For example, with a 2 hour event, it’s more like 2 weeks to get the photos. Longer events like weddings, which tend to last 8 to 10 hours, generally take 4 to 6 weeks to process. But all sessions get a sneak peek delivered from 48 hours to 1 week of the event date!

How much in advance should I book my session?

Since I want to make sure I have enough time to prepare my gear, assistant, and lock in a shooting location, I ask that all sessions be booked at least 48 hours prior to the session date. Sometimes, exceptions can be made, so be sure to reach out via text or phone call to determine if we can accommodate at last 24 hours before the date you need me :)

I don’t live in the CSRA, is there an additional charge to travel to me ?

For clients outside of Augusta, North Augusta, Aiken, and surrounding area (less than 30 minutes away), travel fees are $50 for the first 30 miles beyond that, it’s .50 cents per mile standard fee.. And don’t hesitate to reach out I will definitely travel anywhere.

How much does a photo session cost?

My packages begin at $300 for portrait sessions and $750 for business packages and go up from there depending on what type of session you are looking for. I require a 40% non-refundable retainer and signed contract to reserve your date and after that you will officially be on the books! There are ABSOLUTELY NO hidden fees in my packages and all packages come with professionally edited, high-resolution images and print release. I am a firm believer in transparency and only providing the best to my clients.
